Since 2001, Hsinchu City has been pushing and promoting the local elementary schools to conduct bilingual courses for the students in order to build a natural English learning environment for our next generation.

We encourage the collaboration between local and foreign teachers to provide more language opportunities for Taiwanese children. By introducing them to different teaching methods, we hope that the next generation will be indulging in bilingual of Mandarin and English.
